Mackay J. Miner

Mack Miner is a dynamic and ambitious recent graduate of Saint Louis University School of Law who focuses on state and local government, corporate and real estate law.

Mack’s coursework during law school included business law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and contract negotiation, which laid the groundwork for his future career. During law school, Mack was elected Editor-in-Chief of the SLU Law Journal and also studied abroad in Madrid, Spain, through the SLU Law’s International Program, which included a corporate law internship at Fieldfisher JAUSAS in Barcelona, Spain.

Driven by a fascination with complex legal matters and a strategic mindset, Mack brings a fresh perspective to the fields of state and local government, corporate and real estate law. He understands that businesses face a multitude of legal challenges, from structuring mergers and acquisitions to contract negotiations and regulatory compliance, and is eager to help clients navigate these complexities. Mack is known for his attention to detail, strong research skills, and commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for his clients.
