David Hamilton is the only lawyer in the firm currently offering mediation dispute resolution services. He completed the Mediation Training for Civil Cases program in January 2014 at the esteemed University of Missouri-School of Law Center for the Study of Dispute Resolution, one of the leading dispute resolution centers in the country. He is an approved mediator and certified to conduct mediations in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. He is also on the approved list of mediators in the city of St. Louis, the county of St. Louis and the county of St. Charles, Missouri. He is a member of the American Bar Association Section of Mediation as well as a member of the Association of Attorney-Mediators, a national organization of alternative dispute resolution professionals whose members provide dispute resolution services throughout the country.
